Ingredients
  • 2 mug smoothed rice( poha)|
  • 1 large onion, finely diced
  • 1 large Potato, minced
  • 2 No. Green Chillies (finely diced)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp turmeric greasepaint
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
  1. Poha, The Flattened Rice
    1. Heat oil painting in a visage over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them crinkle.
    1. Add the diced onions and green chillies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
    1. Add the minced potatoes and cook until they're soft and slightly golden.

    1. Stir in the turmeric grease paint, swab, and sugar. Mix well.
    2. Add the softened poha to the visage. Mix gently to combine all constituents.

    1. Cook for another 2- 3 twinkles, icing the poha is hotted through.

    Ensure the poha isn't soaked for too long; it should be soft but not mushy.
