  • 4 slices of whole grain chuck , hearty and wholesome
  • 1 No. ripe avocado, delicate and green
  • 1 No. small cucumber, crisp and cool
  • 1 No. tomato, juicy and sweet
  • A sprinkle of lettuce leaves, fresh and crisp
  • 1 No. small carrot, grated for a touch of agreeableness
  • 2 soupspoons of hummus, smooth and rich
  • 1 tsp of olive oil painting, for a subtle mizzle
  • A pinch of ocean swab, to enhance the natural flavours

Instructions
